Customs and import charges: Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery.
Orders placed now cannot have guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas due to Australia Post’s delivery timeframes.
Please allow up to an additional 5 business days to our usual delivery timeframes mentioned below to your Boxing Day and New Year’s Order to be delivered. This is on account of the Public holidays and Australia Post’s delivery timetable during the holiday period.
Orders are delivered via Toll usually within 8-12 business days to metropolitan areas. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for regional areas.
Business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends or public holidays.
To ensure secure delivery, all orders must be signed for upon receipt. Please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
What if I’m not there when my order is delivered?
If you’re not home to receive your delivery, Toll will leave a card at the address you provided with information on how to arrange re-delivery.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your Toll consignment number. You can track the progress of your order by visiting toll.co.nz and entering your consignment number. If you can’t find your consignment number, or have any questions about your order, please call us on 0800 23 2477 Monday to Friday 11am - Midnight NZDT or Contact Us and our team will assist with your enquiry.
At Adairs, we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you’ve changed your mind, unwashed or unused items in their original packaging may be refunded or exchanged within 60 days for Linen Lovers members and within 30 days for non-Linen Lovers members of purchase upon presentation of your receipt.
This applies to all purchases, including sale purchases excluding quilts, toppers, protectors and pillows due to health reasons. Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to then you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

For free post returns, contact our team on 0800 23 2477 to log your return and receive our Reply Paid number. Then, simply post the item by return mail with your invoice or receipt, reason for return and action required (refund or exchange) to:

Upon receipt of your return, we will process a credit note, refund or exchange, depending on what you require. Returns by mail may take 2 weeks minimum to process. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Items purchased from Adairs.co.nz can also be returned to any Adairs store with a copy of your receipt, if this is more convenient for you. Returns done in store can be processed immediately.
