Yes, if an item is lost and replaced, Qantas Points are awarded based on the final fulfilled transaction. If the original order wasn’t delivered, members will be able earn points again once the replacement transaction is processed with their Linen Lovers membership and QFF membership details.

Your Linen Lovers membership will expire two years from the date of joining. If you subscribe to Adairs emails, you’ll receive reminder emails letting you know your membership is due to expire, as well as the date of expiry.
