Call & Collect

We’re pleased to offer free Call & Collect services at most of our retail stores. Simply call your local store to place your order and we’ll let you know when your items are ready for collection.

 

How It Works

Our team will arrange a time for you to collect your items from the store.

Call & Collect is a free service. 

Once your order is ready to collect, you have 10 days to pick it up from your selected collection store. Please check our store locator For store open hours. 

Our friendly team will be in touch once your order is processed and ready for collection. On arrival, please head to the counter where a friendly team member will ask to see your photo ID and the credit card used for purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept third party collections.

Yes - all Adairs stores are available for Call & Collect.

 

No, your order must be paid for in full prior to collection.

Our Call & Collect service is limited to products available at the store and excludes oversized items.

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, your order receipt will be included within your purchase.

Call & Deliver

Call any Adairs store in New Zealand and have your items conveniently shipped to you within five* days via the fast TOLL delivery network.

Please note, regional store locations can deliver to the local area only and the service is unavailable in our outlet stores.

4. Deliver

Orders placed and paid before 3pm will be booked for Apparel Line collection that same day. Orders placed and paid for after 3pm will be collected from the store by Apparel Line the following day.

Our Call & Deliver service is available for delivery fee of $19.99.

We use the fast Apparel Line delivery network to deliver you items.

Orders placed and paid after 1pm will be collected from the store by Apparel Line the following day.

No, Call & Deliver orders can not be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

We can book your delivery with TGE for same day collection as soon as you place and pay for your order. Your delivery will arrive within 5 business days* from the collection date.


If you’re not home, TGE will leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card and your delivery will be directed to a collection point/TOLL depot. Please follow the instructions provided by TOLL.

We will provide you with a TGE tracking number so you can track your delivery.

Call & Deliver services are limited to products available at the selected store and excludes fragile and/or oversized items. Please contact your selected store, where our team will confirm if your items meet the requirements and can be delivered by TGE.

Once you have placed an order with one of our store team, they will include the order receipt within your purchase.
