Adairs has made the difficult decision to close its retail operations in New Zealand during June 2026.

Today, our Adairs New Zealand stores are still open, find your local store here. At this exceptionally busy time, we are experiencing unprecedented customer volumes in stores. We kindly ask customers not to call stores directly and visit your local store for assistance.

Our teams are working incredibly hard to support you during this time. Thank you for showing patience, kindness and respect to our team members.

Purchasing through our New Zealand website has ceased from May 6th, 2026. All existing online orders made prior to May 6th will be delivered as per Adairs standard shipping time frames.

Adairs 'change of mind' product return period is now 30 days. Returns for 'change of mind' will not be accepted after June 30th, 2026.
